Basement Renovation

Basement remodel for Angela Johnson, in partnership with J.P. Grabenstetter Construction

(a longtime collaborator with me at Virginia Tile). Full design of a 570 sq ft unfinished basement into a media/lounge room, home gym, sauna, and laundry area, featuring a custom built-in media wall with backlighting and wood-look tile flooring. Drawings issued; currently under construction.
